The POwR Earth Foundation supports Enerplan in the face of government proposals on the S21 decree

On May 23, the French Directorate General for Energy and Climate (DGEC) sought the opinion of ENERPLAN, the association of solar energy professionals, with a view to modifying the “S21” tariff decree that governs budgetary support for photovoltaic roofs. If implemented, the government’s proposals will put the brakes on the development of solar roofing, inevitably slowing down the energy transition and the decarbonization of the industry, and jeopardizing an entire economic sector.

Committed to accelerating France’s energy transition, the POwR EARTH FONDATION is firmly opposed to these measures, which are in complete contradiction with the government’s stated intention to support the deployment of renewable energies.
